As a full-time agent working with the Shane Register Team at Coldwell Banker Seacoast, I represent both buyers. My Background - I grew up in the mountains of West Virginia, as the youngest of six children. My parents instilled in us a strong work ethic, and a love of learning, family and God. Although my childhood aspiration was to be an artist, I settled for a career in drafting. After eventually graduating Magna Cum Laude from Concord University with a BS in Education, I made my move South to Wilmington. I taught middle school Language Arts in Pender County and New Hanover County for a number of years. Then I married a native Wilmingtonian, Shane Register, and took a hiatus from teaching in order to concentrate on being a wife and mother ( Natalie, and Phillip). After briefly returning to the classroom, I made another move - this time to a career in Real Estate. I love working in Real Estate because of the people I meet and work for, and because there is always something new to learn. When I am not helping others through my work, I enjoy being with my family, cooking, reading, attending church, and eating out.

My wife and I moved from NY to NC and Christy was there every step of the way. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We told her what type of house we wanted to build and the area and she was able to help us settle in a great house and area. We were not able to be on site, but Christy was our eyes and ears throughout the build process and made it as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Christy.
